New Braunfels Native, David has over 15 years of experience in the management, design and construction of major utility infrastructure, transportation, drainage, residential and site development projects.

Has worked with clients ranging from municipal and governmental to non-profit school districts as well as national residential developments: he aims to exceed client expectations by delivering quality projects on schedule and within budget. David’s project development experience and expertise includes resource management, planning, local and state-level permitting agency coordination, design, bidding and construction management. A proud New Braunfels native, David takes an active role in his community and is engaged in various local efforts and activities.

GARRY MONTGOMERY

Garry Montgomery has completed multiple municipal projects of varying size and complexity in Central and South Texas over the last I0+ years. Garry has significant experience in civil engineering design, focusing on transportation, water, wastewater and municipal engineering projects.

Has coordinated design and survey efforts on several expansion, reconstruction. and rehabilitation projects with associated costs up to $8.3 million. Garry has also coordinated and completed the construction administration for multiple projects with a combined total in excess of $80 million. His work includes the preparation and management of financing applications with USDA and the TWDB, master planning, design, permitting coordination with TxDot and TCEQ, construction phase services, and project closeout and commissioning.
